Your mission at Coleap
Our ambition is huge and we are searching for equally ambitious people to help us build a generationally-significant company. As our Partnerships or Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for owning significant portions of our creator growth efforts, as well as supporting leading tech executives upskill the next generation π«
π¨ What you will be doing
- Developing a continuous and exciting pipeline of top tech operators as creators. Current creators include C-levels/Senior Execs at top scale-ups including Spotify, Airbnb, Wise, Robinhood, N26, and many more
- Supporting the hiring of a world-class sales team
- Working closely with our product team to turn learnings into fresh product features
- Working directly with Coleapβs growth leadership
- Youβll have opportunities to move up and across the organisation over time
π Who we are looking for
- You have the ambition of building a generationally-defining venture for 100s of millions of users, joining as one of the first 20 team members
- You care deeply about making education more effective, engaging, and accessible
- 2+ years working in business development, executive recruitment, or speaker outreach for high-performing, fast-growing organisations
- Demonstrated ability of building strong networks in the tech and startup space
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders across sales, marketing, product and operations
