Aaliya is in charge of all things people and talent at Coleap. An electronics engineer by training, she discovered her love for building inclusive and ambitious organisations while on 2 gap years out of university scaling another edtech company as their Chief of Staff. She currently lives in a town called Watford with her family, although is a self-proclaimed Londoner and lived there for 5 years while at university.
When she's not working, you will find her eating copious amounts of pasta, dragging her friends to spin classes and brunch places around London, or building something relatively useless with her 3D printer.
